Warner Bros.’ CinemaCon showcase featured a star-studded presentation including Timothee Chalamet, Oprah Winfrey, Zendaya, and a sneak peek of “Dune: Part Two.” However, it was “Barbie” that stole the show, thanks in part to its eye-catching neon pink aesthetic.
The presentation was aimed at theatre owners in Las Vegas and showcased the studio’s transition under new leadership teams. Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy were chosen to lead the film group, while James Gunn and Peter Safran were appointed to head DC Studios. These teams are tasked with overseeing films and developing a 10-year plan for iconic DC Comics characters such as Superman.
