A full day of Irish fun is lined up in celebration of St Patrick’s Day on Thursday (17 March) – which coincides with Ireland’s National Day at Expo 2020 Dubai.
From Irish music and record-breaking attempts, to parades and family-friendly activities, there is something on offer to get everyone into the Irish spirit.
Ahead of the day there will be a range of Irish animation screenings around the site, and a performance by Irish Folk group Kila (March 15, 2120, Festival Garden).
Then on St Patrick’s Day itself – a day for Ireland to remember it’s patron saint – the Ireland Pavilion will be lit up in green, with displays of Irish dancing, music performances and pottery making.
