Doha (Qatar) – The 3rd edition of the Qatar International Art Festival 2021 (QIAF), one of the largest art festivals in Qatar is all scheduled to be held at Katara Cultural Village, Doha, Qatar.

The city has emerged as a place where plethora of art-related activities take place every year.
QIAF provides an international platform not just to the artists in Qatar but for artists from all over the World. The festival helps many international artists gain recognition as it provides a good exposure to various artists and the way they present their art works. More than 300 artists from over 65 countries are registered to participate with QIAF 2021.
The 6 days festival starts from 23rd October until 28th October 2021. During the festival days, a total of eight events like painting and sculpture Exhibition, Live Painting Symposium, Artistic Fashion Show, Masterclasses, Cultural Talks & Panel discussion, Qatar Cultural Tour and Cultural Dinner night are planned from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The festival offers benefits to participants, including promotion of their work, opportunity and publication with print, electronic, digital, and social media, interaction with invited art collectors, art investors, potential buyers and many more.
The mega QIAF Festival is an annual festival of MAPS International WLL. MAPS International is a registered Qatari Company for Artists, Painters, Practitioners and Educators in Qatar and globally.
The festival started growing towards its peak along with the support of other galleries and quasi-government institutions like Katara Cultural Village, cultural partner, Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science along with the UNESCO office for GCC and Yemen.
Florence Biennial, Italy is the participating partner along with other art galleries from around the globe including Crislolart Galleries from Spain, Artmosphere Magazine from New York, Gallery 2+ from Mexico, Funun Arts from UAE, Areme Art Gallery from Armenia, Iranian Art Gallery from Iran, Ethiopian Art Gallery from Ethiopia, Art Guest Agency from Russia and UFS in American University of Beirut from Lebanon.
The Mega event of QIAF is headed by Rashmi Agarwal, Founder & President of MAPS International WLL. “I think the art fair is very much a form of urbanism. I think something really happens to the cities when such a fair happens. The city becomes an exhibition; it’s amazing.” says Rashmi.
