Assange should not be extradited to US, rules British judge

LONDON (UK) – Wikileaks founder Julian Assange should not be extradited to the US where he would face charges of violating a spying law and conspiring to hack government computers, ruled a judge in Britain on Monday.

Judge Vanessa Baraitser said she had refused his extradition out of fears he could take the extreme step.
