PARIS (FRANCE) – After testing positive for coronavirus, Croatia midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has been quarantined ahead of two Nations League matches against Sweden and Portugal.
This comes after skipper Domagoj Vida was taken off at halftime on Wednesday’s friendly match against Turkey after the squad was informed that his test result turned out to be positive.
According to the federation, Brozovic’s club, Inter Milan, and Sweden have been informed of the development.
In the Nations League Group, Croatia stand third after four games and are seven behind Portugal and France.
