LONDON (UK) – Results of an Ipsos Mori poll released on Wednesday revealed that support for Scotland’s independence has gone up to a record 58% compared to just 42% who wish to remain within the UK in case another referendum is held.
In the 2014 referendum, Scots had voted 55%-45% to reject the bid for independence. But Ipsos MORI Chief Executive Ben Page said the poll hints that “Scotland may have shifted decisively in favour of leaving the UK.”
