LONDON (UK) – Britain would assume full control of its money, border and laws on January 1 when a status-quo deal with the EU comes to an end, said Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday.
“This country has not only left the European Union but on January 1 we will take back full control of our money, our borders and our laws,” he told lawmakers in parliament.
