Not yet safe to lift curbs imposed on Aberdeen: Sturgeon

LONDON (UK) – Scotland First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said it was not yet safe to ease the additional curbs imposed on Aberdeen following an outbreak of coronavirus there.

“While the situation is undoubtedly improving, and I don’t want to lose sight of that point, we are not yet in a position to say that this outbreak is over, or completely under control,” Sturgeon said.

The first minister said she hoped some of the curbs imposed on Aberdeen could be lifted next Wednesday.
