TOKYO (JAPAN) – One person was killed and more than a dozen injured in a blast at a hotpot restaurant in Fukushima, local media reported on Thursday.

According to casual dining group Colowide Co, its Onyasai restaurant in Fukushima was being revamped.

The group came out with a statement apologising to the victims and said it was working with authorities to find out the cause of the blast.
