Britain’s Foreign Office advised all Britains against non-essential travel to Italy. This move comes after Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte stated that the country was to be placed on lockdown after the coronavirus outbreak.
As of now, Britons can still exit Italy. It is Europe’s worst-affected country with regards to the coronavirus outbreak.
There is no restriction in place on leaving Italy but the Foreign Office warned travellers to check flight details. This is because airline schedules have been affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
