LONDON- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle issued a harassment warning against paparazzi photographers. This came shortly after the couple’s decision to give up their royal duties to embark on a new life in Canada.
The warning was issued in response to the media publishing images of Meghan taking a stroll in a Vancouver Island public park.
