On Wednesday, ViacomCBS and Comcast renewed the deal for content carriage allowing Comcast to continue to retransmit 23 of the CBS-owned TV channels.
The content carriage deal also involves channel distribution including Showtime and CBS Sports Network to Comcast’s internet service Xfinity users.
CBS All Access which is CBS’s on-demand video service will soon be available on Comcast’s Xfinity X1 and Flex platforms. It is announced to become available later in the year.
