LONDON – On Sunday, Dominic Raab, the foreign minister, said that it was not “remotely likely” that Britain would leave the EU without agreeing on a free trade deal at the conclusion of a post-Brexit transition period.
The governing Conservatives, looking to win a majority in parliament at the elections on the 12th of December to soldier through the Brexit deal Prime Minister Boris Johnson agreed with Brussels, have said that they shall not extend the transition period.
